The Center's Chi Quong Program

"Horse stance" is the basic Chi Quong position.

Master Anatole has developed a Chi Quong regimen that includes 34 exercises arranged in a specific sequence to optimally rotate Chi and build ligaments, strength and flexibility.

The "archer" is one of Chi Quong's fundamental "brocade" exercises.

One of the most dramatic benefits of Chi Quong is its rapid improvement of back health. Back pain is one of the most common ailments associated with aging and Chi Quong works to improve spinal health. It is a well known medical fact that by the age of 30 we lose all direct blood supply to the disks resulting in loss of water, hardening and flattening of the disks. Chi Quong counters this effect by building the supporting muscles and pumping fluids and Chi to the spine.
